You can return your order within a cooling-off period of 14 days after receiving your order. The costs of returning are for your own account. The returns process is as follows:

- Report your return via our contact form.

- Pack the material as best as possible and hand it in at a postal point.

- All returned items will be carefully examined. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only inspect the item as he would in the store.

- You will receive the return amount within 5-10 working days.

-AdFi Toys reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above.

NB. If your total order value after return is less than €100, the original shipping costs (€6.95) will still be charged and offset against the amount to be refunded.
